How far in advance should I book my rentals?
If you want Tiffany, our Audio Guestbook, or a Pop-Up Escape Room at your event, the answer is: yesterday. But seriously – the sooner the better. Popular dates go fast, so snag yours before someone else does.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based out of Lebanon, Oregon and happy to deliver within a 25 mile radius as part of the base rental prices. However, events outside of this area may be accommodated for an additional travel fee (or shipping fee specific to Audio Guestbook Rentals)
Do you deliver and set everything up?
Of course –
For Tiffany the Tap Trailer, we deliver and provide a 10-15 minute hands-on instruction session to help make sure your event runs smooth.
For an Audio Guestbook, we can deliver (or ship for an additional fee) and provide a short tutorial and test before we go.
For our Pop-Up Escape Rooms, we cover everything from delivery and game mastering to resetting and teardown. The full package.
How many kegs does the Tap Trailer hold?
Tiffany the Tap Trailer can serve up to 4 kegs at once and keeps drinks perfectly chilled – no power required.
Can the Tap Trailer serve more than just beer?
Absolutely! She’s classy, not picky. Champagne, wine, cider, cold brew coffee, kombucha, iced tea, soda, signature cocktail drinks – if it fits in the keg, Tiffany can pour it.
Do you provide the beverages for the Tap Trailer?
No, the beverages themselves are provided by you (or your chosen vendor). Typically you can rent filled kegs at your local Tap House, Brewery, or Tavern. If you choose to make your own mixed drinks, we do have empty mini kegs we can add to your rental though.
How does Tiffany stay so chill without elecctricity?
Magic. (Okay fine, its a Jocky Box system with ice and Co2, but still feels like magic when your drinks come out perfectly frosty without a single plug)
What exactly is a Pop-Up Escape Room?
Think of it as an adventure that shows up at your door, ready to rock. We bring a fully immersive escape room – puzzles, props, storyline, and all – and set it up wherever you are. It’s like magic, but with padlocks and teamwork instead of rabbits and hats.
How many players can join the Escape Rooms?
Each game runs best with 4-6 players – enough brainpower to crack the code, but not so many that you start arguing about which key fits which lock (Trust us…we’ve seen it.)
What do I need to provide for the Escape Rooms?
Just your crew, your space, and maybe some snacks for post0escape celebration. We handle setup, game mastering, resets, and teardown. Basically, you show up and look brilliant.
Are the Escape Room Puzzles Hard?
Hard enough to make you feel clever….Easy enough that you won’t cry. They’re build for Fun Frustration – that sweet spot where you’re shouting clues and high-fiving like you’re in a movie montage
How does the Audio Guestbook work?
Its like a regular guestbook, but way more fun. Your guests pick up a cute retro phone, hear a custom greeting, and leave a message. Afterward you get a digital collection of every laugh, tear, and questionable karaoke attempt. (additional keepsake options available as add-ons as well)
Can I customize the Audio Guestbook greeting?
Yes, and we encourage you to!! Your guests would much rather hear your voice than ours….we’ll even provide some sample scripts to get your creative juices flowing.
(unless you want us to do our dramatic movie trailer voice, in which case….say the word)
Are the rental items insured?
While Sunstone Moments has a general liability insurance policy, you are encouraged to obtain event insurance to protect yourself from any issues that may arise. There are specific insurance options for events that serve alcohol so make sure and check local laws and connect with your insurance provider about what is available.
What if something goes wrong during the event?
We provide on-call support during your rental. If you run into any issues, we’re just a phone call away.
What's required to reserve my date?
A 50% deposit secures your rental. The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to your event date.
What are the 'coming soon' rentals you mentioned?
We’re excited to add a Mobile Escape Room experience (kind of like a pop up, but 60 minutes and on wheels) and an Overlanding Trailer for adventurous getaways! Stay tuned!
